Green drinks are getting better all the time. The newest product to hit the market is Shen Tritition and it's already one of my favorite formulas, offering a well planned array of superfoods and healing herbs -- more healing herbs than you'll find in most products. The superfoods feature spirulina, acai powder, dulse seaweed, and several veggie powders (beet root, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kale, cilantro, etc.). These are well combined for super nutrition. Herbs of note include ginseng, reishi and shiitake mushroom, ashwaganda, licorice root and many more...fantastic adaptogenic and immune supporting herbs.

Shen Tritition uses hemp protein to extend the formula (a high quality choice) and gets its flavor from its fruit blend (strawberry, cherry, raspberry, pineapple and others)...and a mercifully small dose of stevia to make this an easy formula to drink -- even with plain water!

A super robust formula that is the most nutritionally dense and balanced green drink on the market -- it truly serves as both a top notch green drink and as a multivitamin/multimineral supplement. VITAFORCE has a great balance of all the nutrients you need daily, and, unlike most green drinks, it has a complete vitamin and mineral label showing exactly the amount of nutrients you get per serving. Of particular note, it contains reliable sources of essential nutrients that are almost always lacking in other green drinks, such as Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D, zinc and selenium.

Or even if you are hungry and someone is making a garlicky homemade food or even a Sunday BBQ smell. Oh yes, aroma has its power!

For many centuries essential oils have been used as alternative medicines, benefitting body and mind. Eucalyptus for respiratory system, orange for relaxation, geranium and cypress for balance and centering. Oils were also added to meals and cosmetics; used in rituals, massage and baths; and used to create perfumes and incenses.

And of all the oils and essences from all the ages, I’d have to say that Frankincense garners the most respect. It’s the king of aroma therapy (rose oil probably being the queen) and has been used by many cultures for many purposes.

Frankincense or Boswellia is one of the gifts brought by the three wise men for Baby Jesus. But before the Western world became aware of it, the Eastern civilization was using it for centuries in sacred events and even in traditional Ayurvedic medicine in India.

Science has been studying water for years, specifically, how water responds to different types and frequencies of energy. From magnets to rock-and-roll music, from happy thoughts to “blessings,” water has been exposed to all sorts of experiments and scientific studies.

The upshot of it all? Well, water does respond to energy. It changes on a molecular level based on the energy being transmitted to it. Many believe that the biblical story of Jesus turning water into wine can be explained as a kind of energy transfer that changed the structure of the water molecules…a kind of “super” energy transfer.
