Review: Perfectly Healthy Mega Greens

updated August 2013
review, athletic greensPerfectly Healthy Mega Greens has some of my favorite superfoods, supplements and adaptogens in it. Things like Olive Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Ginger Root and Green Tea Extract. It also contains some great veggie powders, like broccoli, carrot, spinach, beet root and leaf, Kale and many others. It’s tops all of this with a large dose of grasses and a few fruits.

Overall, this is a very well-designed formula and especially good for mixing with your favorite juice, as it has no strong flavor of its own (other than the earthy, grassy flavor of the veggies).

  1. What do you know about “Green Fuel” by OptimumEFX? It’s out of AZ.

  2. This looks like another great green drink. But of all of them, which do you recommend the most?

  3. Hi Michael,
Thanks for the comments. It’s tough to recommend only one…it all depends on what you’re seeking in a green drink. Not everyone wants the same thing. See my article Why Take a Green Drink? for some of main reasons for taking one of these. Then, check out Comparing Green SuperFoods for some recommendations. Overall, I suggest trying a few and then letting your body decide.
