Thank you for the information and the quick response. I am planning on making an investment in a product such as this soon. I am a poor college student so i am looking for a product that has a variety of ingredients (fruits, veggies, mushrooms, sea veggies and probiotics), all at a relatively cheap price. Juvo seems to have the variety at a cheap price per serving, about 50 cents a day, but i am weary of the ORAC ratings, potentcy, digestibality, and quantities of ingredients.
I did find a product on vitacost.com called, Source Naturals Life Greens & Berries. I was wondering if anyone had insight on the product. Its cheap, has variety, and seems to be a well thought out product. Any insight???

Hey Jordan,
Not many manufacturers provide these measurements on their labels. One that does is Green Vibrance. Some provide measurements for overall categories of ingredients (such as Pure Synergy and several others), but not for each individual ingredient. Juvo lists ingredients in categories, so the order of the categories indicates which represents more of the total formula. For example, the "Grains Blend" is listed before the "Fruits Blend" so we know that there are more grains than fruits in the mixture. We don't know about any specific grain or fruit. The "Mushroom Blend" is the last category in the list, so you can be sure that there is only a little of it in the mixture. Thankfully, mushroom powders are very potent, so you don't really need a lot of them.

How many milligrams are in each blend (fruit, vegetable, mushroom...etc)?
