Hi Cristina,
Most essential oil perfumes are simply mixtures of different oils. There is no need to mix anything else into the oil. Simply apply a few drops on your body when you want to use it. You can experiment with the oils you like best -- or you can look for specific recipes online or in books. You can also find classes that teach different mixtures. For something with Lavender, consider mixing with a citric oil if you want a pleasant smelling perfume. Consider mixing with something more musky (wood oils often fall into this category) if you want to make the lavender less "flowery" and more grounded. Consider mixing with a light flower oil to keep the lavender as the principal fragrance. Have fun!
