Green Drink Diet, Green Drinks to Help you Lose Weight

Before you make breakfast and drink that morning coffee, try making yourself a green drink smoothie. Choose your favorite green drink and mix with fresh berries, rice or almond milk and a little maple syrup. You may find that you aren’t even hungry for breakfast. And the nutrition you’ll get is far better than any traditional breakfast you might have eaten.

Try the same idea again in the afternoon. Instead of making a cup of coffee or a snack between lunch and dinner, try mixing a green drink smoothie instead. You’ll get more energy than you would have from a cup of coffee or sweets.

    I’ve been into GREEN smoothies lately. Green smoothies are IN, FULL of green sunshiny life giving nutrition and in liquid form these nutrients have a shuttle directly to your cells. I feel closer to earth and sun when I fill myself with green juice, but I’ve had a hard time drinking big glasses of green smoothie because the taste can be quite, … well…. grassy. It’s an acquired taste for SURE.

    I tried a new green smoothie recipe today and I LOVED it! For new to green drinkers this would be a good start. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

    Have been drinking GreenShield with Alka Vision pH drops for 5 weeks now and have had miraculous loss of reflux esophagitis and improved joint mobility (status post left hip replacement and been told by docs to need one on the right). At 58, my joint deterioration is premature after being on high-dose steroids for a blood condition. Adding higher pH water and green shakes is a new beginning for me. I encourage all family and friends to try this simple, but potent change in their bodies, too. After finding Green Drink Reviews, am ordering more for a well-rounded green diet.
