		<description>Could be flax. Flax meal has a tendency to go rancid because it&#039;s a highly volatile oil and needs to be refrigerated. The flax has to be very fresh and it cannot sit around before formulation. The formulation must also have plenty of anti-oxidants to keep the flax from oxidizing and spoiling. I don&#039;t know how Udo&#039;s Green Blens is processed, so I&#039;m just speaking in general terms. You could contact them and find out how they work with their flax meal. 		<description>I&#039;m sure this stuff is very good for me, but it made me very nauseous! I drank it with plenty of water, but maybe not enough I cant envisage taking this three times a day! I think its the flax, I have had this reaction to flax before.</description>
