Great information, about 2 years ago because of my fathers death at 85 from prostate cancer and then my younger brother also prostate cancer my doctors started monitoring my PSA and other things that at 65 should be watched.
My first test was 7.9 and they phoned and let me know that it was high and to come in and talk to my family doctor.
To shorten this we decided on diet change and test every 6 months.
The major change was a green diet especially organic.
The second test showed no change but the next 2 the PSA had come down to 3.6.
I bnelieve the diet change has done this, I wish doctors would get people to diet like this earlier in life.
